Neodigital Art | Update Ten
The first picture today was taken by Simon James and I tried to make the shadows more visible; it has made the picture more interesting and artistic. This was taken at Littlehampton and appears to be the river. The railing also gives the picture a lot of depth and the river going away into the distance adds to that.
I am hoping this blends in with my black background. I haven’t altered it much, I just increased shadows to bring out the clouds. You have to look for pictures like this and it was into the sun and so I blocked the sun by getting it behind a post on the left. It has given me a silhouette and brought out the nice sky.
Again this picture hasn’t been altered very much. I was hoping for a good woodland picture, but this picture in the park is quite good.
I had the camera close to the water for this shot and you can see the waves look quite big, but it wasn’t quite what I was looking for. It is the best one yet, but I’ll keep trying to get those waves even bigger!
This is a pleasant picture but not too exciting. The weather was better and we had fairly good light.
This is the same lake but here you can see you can see I have used a tree in the foreground to give it depth. I have some reeds or rushes on the left that helps too. I think this picture looks good on a black background too.
More great pics, Mike. Thanks so much for telling us what you do to make your pictures so intriguing. It helps when you explain how you capture each shot.

Hi Carolyn,
I have to write something! I was lost for words today and so used pictures. I passed the lake a little while ago and I had lost the light which was a shame because it was covered in ducks and geese! That would have been a nice shot!
