This weeks top posts
Today’s picture is of Ye Olde Leathern Bottel at Wednesbury. They say Dick Turpin, the highwayman was a regular in there many years ago. The coaches used to stop there from Birmingham and they had a workshop at the rear making parts for guns. I expect the coaches carried small gun parts to Birmingham.
I wrote a few blogs this week and got my count up to over 1,000 posts. I read a lot of posts by other writers who write one or two a week. There are some good ones, but there is a lot of boring rubbish too. I’m glad to say that some of the blogs written by local writers are quite good.
Wealth cascading down the generations? was yesterday’s post about inherited wealth. Maybe all kids should be given some cash and stuff to start them off in life. What do you think?
How to write a memoire was Wednesday’s guest post by Fairy Dharawat. That was a good post, it’s always worth writing a personal memoire, because you can look back at it in the future and remember you hopes and dreams.
Neodigital Art | More editing was Tuesday’s usual neodigital blog. I did some more editing last night and have some interesting pictures for this week. I have actually edited some guest photos and some of my old photos from when I first started with this camera.
Psychology | The carrot and the stick was Monday’s psychology post. Note that says the carrot and the stick. Many people think it’s the carrot or the stick. A constant reward dangled on a stick is better than a reward or punishment.
London – Just for the rich? was Sunday’s ramble through the weeks topical news. I mentioned people being forced into leaving London. It seems like the white indigenous population has already moved out.
I’ll be back tomorrow with another Sunday ramble. I’ve already started doing the research. I’ve read the results of a sex survey. It seems that 9% of the British population are gay. Does that surprise anyone? Most of them are on television…
