Euromillions: Birmingham 12 million not claimed

In the UK, people buying a Euromillions ticket also get a number for the Euromillions Millionaire raffle. One ticket sold in the Ladywood area of Birmingham has won 12 million pounds and hasn’t been claimed.

Someone could have pinned the ticket to a notice board or put it away somewhere for safety. Could it be you? The ticket was bought for the draw on the 31st of May and the winner has to 23:00 on the 27th of November to claim the prize. That’s 11pm on Wednesday. The winning number is:

JRG 437445

I could use 12 millions, but I don’t have the ticket and I don’t live in Ladywood, Birmingham. My hair is going grey though, so I’m beginning to look like a lottery winner. Maybe, next week…

This is a short post today. I wrote a psychology post earlier on a Zillion Ideas, Don’t worry: Be Happy so why not pop over there and read that?

Comments are welcome as usual or you can even follow me on Twitter.

Hi Mike, most people do not realize that the Euromillions ticket automatically gives them free entry into the raffle, sadly this ticket can no longer be claimed but hopefully it can serve as a lesson to any other lottery player.

    • Hi,

Yes, it’s a good idea to play online. I suppose you can play using your phone these days. You reminded me, we have the Lotto draw later. I think televised draws make it far more interesting, but we do miss Mystic Meg! 🙂
