I think today’s photo looks cool. It blends in with the black background. My digital photography is quite frugal. I share the photos by using them on my blogs and through MSN instant messenger and Facebook. Much better than the old days of film and developing. I took 300 pictures on Sunday, that would have cost a fortune in the old days. I mentioned the price of some veggies were high last week because of the weather. Being thrifty is spending your money wisely and being frugal is using what you buy wisely! I bought vegetables, chicken and herbs at Lidl on Sunday, that was thrifty. I made soup with them yesterday; that was frugal! (more…)
A Monday morning ramble…
Photography
I took this photograph yesterday after I had gone thrifty shopping! My intention was to photograph the canal which I did but those photos are a little dark after the rain. I noticed some trees and bushes and set a wide aperture and got some interesting shots. I think this bush is a yew, it has strange flowers that are very sticky! (more…)
