We tend to have a conflict in our lives between our primitive desires and our desire to improve ourselves. This affects how we communicate with each other. Our lives have become more complicated and so has communication. We are individuals, but we take decisions collectively and need the support of others.

Improving your Facebook Timeline
I chose this picture as a Facebook Timeline picture because it has open sky where I can add text. I had a lot of water too, but a timeline picture has to be wide and not very high. You can take a photo and crop it to make it the right shape. Facebook does allow you to position it. You can then add text.

Hypnosis
Hypnotherapists use suggestion to influence behaviour and beliefs. The suggestions are subtle and not always direct. They don’t say ‘stop smoking’, they are more likely to say, ‘You will be better off when you stop smoking.’ The exacting wording is very important. They often infer something rather than being direct. They also realise that we tend to believe what we want to believe and refuse to compromise our morality. People can’t normally be hypnotised into doing something that they are totally opposed to. They can be easily hypnotised into doing something they want to do but perhaps lack the confidence to do. Frugal Friday | Free Stuff
Parks, museums and art galleries
Parks, museums and art galleries in the UK are usually free and there is a lot of public open space too. I took this photograph in a park this week and if you have a digital camera it’s a good place to find interesting landscapes. In museums you can find all kinds of treasures, in my local museum and art gallery I found lots of local history exhibits. Where I live there are also nature trails and farms that are open to the public. (more…)
